Hypnotherapy Session

Experience a truly balanced approach to therapy with our one-hour sessions, designed to help you find solutions and unwind deeply.

The first part of the session is the talking therapy, where we will set your goals and then there is the relaxation part when through guided hypnosis you will be able to relax. You’ll leave feeling more centered and refreshed, with a deeper sense of clarity and calm.

First session for £30, then following sessions £60.
